I have found system app "Emergency Information" with Titanium Backup. Is it possible to configure this app? Or is it just a 0-Bit entry, without any data. Couldn't change rights. Never found in settings system apps...

Take a look at Magisk - there is a Module called "Volume Steps increase". Doubled the steps for Volume! Works for me great on my Redmi note 4x
