With the latest version 20.12.28 (MIUI 12.5 and Android11) for my MI9 I have strange bug, when waking up my phone from Ultra Power Savings. Then Gesture Mode is turned off and Key Mode is switched on. It is reversible. So gestures have to be switched on manually again.
