With diskinfo you can find the same info that you see via Terminal Emulator. Anyway in diskinfo app if you enable Expert mode and Unmounted Partition, under System > 504 Mb used/7.5Mb free (or something like that) you can see system 1 also. 512Mb lost in ocean. Glad you fixed this issue...
