The satellites are catched well, but location (coordinates) are bad

The Mi5 may have problems with GPS, but the satellites are catching well. My Mi5 has a problem with the location, from time to time determines the coordinates as 0.0. I close the navigation program and switch off GPS for10 sec. then switch on. On MIUI 8 I had not such issue. No one helped.

about backup by TWRP wrote here more times because inner MIUI 9 backup restore your data not enough!

If nobody have same issue that such problem only your.You can make next steps to try solve it. In TWRP make factory reset and wipe all exclude interring memory to clean "tails" from old roms then reboot in TWRP !!! again then install 7.9.21
