    You need download it again, everything except the Recovery is removed in Format.

    You need to go to TWRP, go to FORMAT, type "yes" to fully re-format the storage to remove the encryption, before you install xiaomi.eu ROM. This a ”one-off" requirement for initial install, then you should be able to "dirty flash" over the top for following weeks releases.
