    Reboot into recovery mode and try to find if adb works there,if it works execute adb rebood dload,and create backup image /data partition.

    Actually its better and easier first one especially if you don't use dual boot you can just allocate space from /system1 to /system partition.

    I have working version but Google Play Store always updates no matter what I do and Google just doesn't want to fix the issue,like they want to stay on 4.7 GCC toolchain forever.

    Those statistics are for three minutes,not 3 days but yes phone when undervolted properly is not overheating a lot.

    Liquidsmooth is AOSP based,I checked their git it looks that it is O3 compatible and since this kernel is already build with Sabermod toolchain 4.10 I think everything should go smooth.

    I can lower voltage min limit but its set by Qualcomm like that for a reason. I will put your voltage table into kernel as soon you finish it so there won't be a bunch of useless kernels.

    I don't know Chinese but by some logical meaning I found that MIUI 6 will start rolling out soon and that Xiaomi MI3 TD should get it in 2-3 weeks and I think they confirmed MIUI 6 to be 4.1 for Xiaomi MI2.

    Its no go,I already tryed it and phone has random reboots but your phone can be a bit different than mine.
