    The system keep awake the phones, it take 1g of ram. I have this update on max 3 big drain on standby, lags here and there the control center is better but to work need to press a button 3-4 times..

    First unlock the bootloader enable the oem unlock in to developers, then download the rom in to sd or usb go to format the data write yes everything on the phone will delete and then from your storage flash the rom that's it

    First release huge battery drain good idle, now better usage no deep sleep. The lags are less but still here The control panel still a little lags, the brightness slider again doesn't work good. Volume is ok. Device max 3

    It's not launcher fault i use nova the lags the bugs and especially the battery drain is huge i have a max 3 with 5.500mha Before of miui 12 from 95 to 15 i reach easy 10 hours screen time now 8 max with limited usage. And my note 7 is the same.
