+1. Same issue with MI5 as well... Its just the screen freeze at layout change console. But I'm able to operate settings and move here and there except returning to home screen.

Excellent Job with the ROM. It is way optimized compared to earlier I must quote. FP response if very quick. Camera performance is awesome! Best part is now VoLTE is working which was keeping me off this ROM earlier.

Not here... May be it is Google Text-to-Speech... verify again... In that case, from google setting you can disable Wifi-only... Else try clearing cache/data of G-Board.

its known bug with MIUI builds. Same will be resolved here once official builds get the fix! Workaround would be to except camera app while cache clearance.

Folks have reported clean flash with latest ROM working without Brick your dev. you can try to luck or Else proper way would be to clean flash 6.11.10 and then update latest ROM. Ensure to use proper twrp and root mentioned in first page.

GAPPS like play store and sync services are bundled with this ROM. Rest can be fetched from store. Why flash gapps?

Again then stuck with MM! :( I think I will give Global Dev a try. Now I see N update for MI5 release this time from 6.11.10! But I wish somebody could solve VOLTE issue here. I really love using EU ROM!

Yes, I'm part of global beta team and volte have no issues there. But I like EU ROM same is very much optized in terms of batter, volume and performance. But now I'm thinking of moving back to global beta as jio is my primary #. Sent from my MI 5 using Tapatalk

Why you want to risk your phone just to verify if hardbrick issue persist. I think Dev team should comment on VOLTE. Same asked in various post without answer.

You can do wipe cache AND dalvik without any problem. Hope you are on supported build prior to update.

If you have problem updating through update app, you can still update manually through twrp. Just remember not to wipe anything. Only cache post update. Whats twrp version u using?
