Not really, if you use second space at this moment. I had to connect to my smartwatch and BT headset manually. Perhaps you need to re-connect to your device as well.

Why whould you use a pc to download the file? Just download rom's directly from the phone. I assume that your Wifi is faster than the download from the site can handle.

Perhaps Miui should move things like Visual Touch, Memory optimiition, Standard USB setting to another place if it's only for developers ;)

wt88047?? Google says it is a CyanogenMod version. Not the version of your phone and it doesn't seem that you have a Xiaomi.eu build on your phone if this versionnumber is the result.
