You used the wrong rom, these kind of mistakes can brick your phone. Only use the Hermes rom on your Redmi Note 2. Please check the image on the first page for the correct Modelname of your phone

Tested it with English language after a full wipe. The error is still there. I think that the backup tool is also behind these settings. So can't backup and restore to test it too many times. I will now go back to Dutch, but first reset the settings to change it :)

It has never been in there. It has been removed out of the roms since it was introduced in the first Redmi-Wcdma

Don't you/xiaomi mix up UTC and GWT? In the summer and winter UTC remains 0. In the winter GWT = 0 and in the summer +1.

2014811 can also be 1GB, but that was an old stock. I think that they have all been replaced with the 2GB version.

Do you use gps based apps or widgets? Many of them will work (better) with the xiaomi.eu rom.

Please check your phone model first, you can do that with most benchmark apps or cpu-z
