    Help to recover my phone

Sorry, I don't know how to fix that, are you using the correct account that you used when you unlocked the phone?

    Help to recover my phone

EDL mode won't work, you need to be in fastboot. First thing to check is that the Windows driver is correctly installed and the phone is communicating. Open a windows command line (cmd in the program search) and try "fastboot devices". If the list is empty, there's a driver problem, or...

How do I know TWRP Supports encryption?

The Mi9 TWRP does not work on the Pro, which has a different (better) processor (855+), as well as the 5G modem and a bigger battery.

How do I know TWRP Supports encryption?

There doesn't appear to be a TWRP version yet for the Pro 5G that supports encryption. You can get around this by turning off encryption in TWRP after formatting data but before booting to system. On the advanced menu, the option is something like RMEncryption, I forget the exact wording, then...

    New MI 9 PRO - 5G - CHINESE ROM.

That's not the case on the Mi 9 Pro. There is currently no encryption support in any of the various versions of TWRP for the Pro afaik. The only solution for this is to turn off encryption before booting to /system. Fingerprints and passwords don't come into it, they don't affect encryption...

    New MI 9 PRO - 5G - CHINESE ROM.

No idea what that says, but that version of TWRP does not decrypt storage, I tried it.

Yes, flash whichever version is for your phone.

    Help to recover my phone

So long as you can get into fastboot I think you're ok, but my bootloader was unlocked. I've never tried to flash a China rom with a locked bootloader, but Ciubex's reply above suggest you can do it with a stock rom. Definitely worth a try before going the EDL route. I used MiFlashPro which I...

    Help to recover my phone

Yes. mifirm.net has downloads of the China images which you can flash with MiFlash (or fastboot). I just had a similar problem on my Mi 9 which I fixed this way (I could only boot into fastboot, and couldn't flash a recovery until I flashed a China rom).

    New MI 9 PRO - 5G - CHINESE ROM.

Has anybody found a version of TWRP with encryption support yet? I've removed encryption for now and everything is working, but I'd prefer to have it back.

    MI 9 pro - 5G wtrp

Anyone have any other TWRP links? Neither of the LR Team versions I've found can decrypt.

Link to original China image for Mi 9 Pro 5g

Note for anyone else who needs it, xiaomifirmwareupdater is just the non-system partitions. mifirm.net has the full images, but the downloads are slow.

Link to original China image for Mi 9 Pro 5g

Thanks! Not sure WTF is going on with the device. I did a test restore from TWRP and now I can't do anything except fastboot. I suppose it could be worse....

Link to original China image for Mi 9 Pro 5g

Anyone have a faster link to the original Xiaomi firmware image? I'm stuck in fastboot (even using buttons to reboot, TWRP won't flash) and the official download is taking forever.

    MI 9 pro - 5G wtrp

mifirm.net has the LR Team version, that works.

My Xiaomi Mi 9 does not work on Miui 11

That's not all the firmware. There are other firmware packages that update the other partitions, modem, etc.

How to get rid of this message?

Have you tried flashing it back? Use either a complete Xiaomi image, or maybe update the firmware (which may or may not include the logo partition).

OK GOOGLE doesn't work on 11.0.16 stable release

Ok Google detection has been a little intermittent depending on device. The Mi10 is brand new, you may have to be patient and use the button for a while.
