    Please refer: translation guide (by xiaomi.eu) . You do not need to know the programming. But you need to be able to use "git (GitHub)". After "fork" (meaning copy) of Russian git Repo, make fix/translation and send the patch as "Pull Request".

    Security App - Safe to Delete?

    NO. "Freeze" same meaning as "Disable". "Force close" stops the app(process), but restarting the devices may cause the app to startup. On the other hand, "Freeze" apps don't start completely, It's no longer displayed in the app list (drawer). FYI...
