In xiaomi.eu, older Mi-Phone before Android 5.0 were discontinued. MIUI 9.6 (8.3.15) for Hennessy have not been released. Please use the final release of MIUI 9.3 (8.1.18) or look for the official ROM.- cubick

It is annoying for users, but it is a rule to protect users. Some re-sellers (means Unofficial store) install bad-quality ROM on Mi-phone and sell them. By restricting unlock, Xiaomi is trying to protect users.- cubick
