for me i don't have mic issue. But i have random reboots and dont know why... i try installing with TWRP, it work but i lost root. With CWM 6.0.5.0 i have root acces.

by default, the device manager is always on for AOSP, cm, etc and MIUI, so if you enter in your acount in google play and select device manager you can block it, but for imei number i don´t know. In that page, you can check your imei number
