Magisk manager - Modules, hit the + sign, navigate to where you downloaded the .zip. Select .zip. It installs and then a reboot option appears. Hit it. Done!

Installed the .zip for the updated Launcher with OrangeFox recovery and (booted) TWRP but I still have the old version. In both cases I mounted system.

You can't install the launcher from apkmirror. It says "can't install system applications from unoficiall channels"
