Because no answers. I try by my self... First try with updater and TWRP did not work, something wrong with the ROM. Yesterday the ROM was reuploaded. I download again the new ROM and made update through TWRP. Update successful. So far so good!

We have already available the new 8.2 (beta) stable ROM (EU version) for our kenzo. What's the best way to update? Updater menu or TWRP? Don't wanna get again problems, it was for me a hard work to get the 8.1.1.0 ROM. It would be nice to know how you did your update and how you're experiencing...

Because you say you are in a lollipop global stable rom, I would do: first instal the ZCX TWRP, then flash the developer MM global rom and then the 7.1.5 Xiaomi.eu rom.

7.1.5. is a developer ROM, maybe it's the reason why don't works... Try the stable rom or first change for a developer lollipop global ROM and then try the 7.1.5

Which Xiaomi.eu ROM failed? If it was the mm version (8.1.1.0), you need first instal the MM global one and then the Xiaomi.eu.

Confirmed, if I revert the props configs the bug is gone. Need to find another way to get 4k and manual focus...
