Flashed 7.9.8 and still the repeater doesn't work... It's probably hardware probem... Phone gás warranty(got it from Gbest) but I changed the time, is it possible to restore global ROM(the original) so they don't denied me warranty?

I too am Portuguese and can confirm that Xiaomi.eu has PT-PT ! I'm still trying it out, it looks great, only problem I've had is the Most Mover app not working correctly (but that is ok, I just moved all my things myself).
