On this site, you go to ROM tread, there you can download, and it is written guide how to install. Just fallow and all is very clear. you need to have unlock bootloader.

You can install also EU stable ROMs, if you dont want betas. EU ROMs are based on chinese ROMs without bloat and chines apps. so for me it is better then chines as i dont need all that apps and so on.
