I said that only to advise other people. I was able to fix that issue on my phone ;) BTW, I cannot remove battery on mi4c. :D I rebooted in recovery keeping power+volUp pressed then I reinstalled miui zip

found... I had to set a pattern before be able to see "Skip swipe screen" option So... "Skip swipe screen" option is enabled now but still not able to keep developer option to skip lock screen "on"

inside Option1: Settings>Lockscreen & password>Screen lock & fingerprint> if have not Skip swipe screen I only have Pattern PIN Password
