Have MIUI 8 on Redmi 3S 2GB... runs just great, all you have to do is turn OFF in developer options RAM management. The system with all standard google play services and apps (calendar, gmail, maps, drive, camera, notes, photos....) takes 1GB RAM after boot... And you have about 7-8GB of storage...

Same on my Redmi 3S, this and last week... after shut down I put it into Download mode, then restart and it goes back into TWRP... than I flash again and 2nd time it works like it should. Then flash SuperSU and done. Everything fine so far...hope Google play serv. wakelock is fixed... been...

I found out from time to time phone doesn't go into deep sleep... Problem is in google services wakelock... Anyone else with the problem... Any solution? Reboot helps... But after time wakelock again...

On Redmi 3S with last 3 builds I'm having reboots sometimes while browsing web pages on stock browser... from time to time. And btw when updating to 6.8.18 phone powered off during update in TWRP... then it wouldn't go into TWRP or boot Android, then I went into Download mode, and when...

In my case , my phone was on china reseller's "global stable" ROM... but the phone was already unlocked by the china reseller... So I only had to flash TWRP with miflash, restart the phone in TWRP mode and install xiaomi.eu rom...

Have the same issue from v6.6.14 onwards... but i believe the phone does go to deepsleep... Because in my case battery stats show "awake" state the whole time, but i still get 4 days of use with sync on, BT on, wifi On when screen on, and 6-7 screen on time... But this happens only...

Same phone... Only difference is 2/3 GB RAM and 16/32Gb storage.... 3s also has fingerprint. Works ok on xiaomi.eu dev. rom 7.6.21 (miui 8)... or last stable (miui 7)
