There is a workaround. Turn on root and use an app like ES File Explorer to uninstall the stock MIUI browser. It will then simply use Chrome or whatever browser you chose for everything.

But he clearly states he is using CodeAurora's source and he even gives you the branch :P Did you test it? The downside is that it isn't certain if he will maintain this build, and it is not compatible with aosp so you need to install everything all over again.. :confused:

It includes the following: - MIUI Market - AppOps from CM - ROOT management tool - Flashlight - From CM team - File Explorer - From MIUI Open Source Project And the notification leds use the same code as on miui. So it's not completely AOSP.

Only used mokee a while ago, from what I hear it is not as nearly as good. And as paulrlz said, have you heard of xposed framework? You pretty much get most of the functionality of cm if not more.

This ROM has a noticeably better battery life than all other KitKat ROMs I've tried. I achieve better battery life than stock miui. Too bad there are no cm ROMs with a battery life this good, but xposed framework makes up for it, for the most part : ) Daily driver.

18 degrees when the room temperature is 24? That's awesome :D But no, seriously, from some tests it seems to be about 10 degrees impossibly lower. Rebooting clocks the cpu on max until the os boots so it heats up. But it seems to be about 10c less than miui.

Another bug, Using apps like CPU Z or Du Battery, the battery temp reported is about 10c lower than on miui. If on miui the temp reported is 28, the temp on cm will be about 18-19. Sent from my MI 2S using Tapatalk 4

Not so much as a bug, but a feature request. I own the Xiami Piston Earphones. On Miui, I can use the buttons on the headset to play/pause/answer and hang up, and increase/decrease the volume. Said functionality does not appear to be supported on cm10.2. Is that something you could implement...

It should already by installed. All android phones have a recovery installed.
