Maybe you cound use a time scheduled auto airplane mode. I have seen this feature somwhere , not sure where.

Easy way is to switch airplane mode, maybe apps are avalible that do it automaticallt on low reception as its true that radio goes higher power on low reception.

It seems easyest way is to hold finger on app under task manager, then it takes directly to settings.

In settings i played around under language and input settings, but i have muiui rom, JLB may be bit different. Turned Google pinyin on/ off swaped to chineese, then under pinyin extra settings turned thigs on off until it started to pop up again. I belive undert extra settings input settings...
