so you need to use MiFlash to flash your mobile and please use older unlock version of Miui for Mi Note.

U need to download from Google Plays store ---> Flashify then after installation please go to "Security" next to Root Access and give access to Flashify. Then install by Flashify TWRP for your mobile.

Do not use TWRP 3.0 because it's not working properly with MI Note Pro. Just use TWRP 2.8 please. Tapatalk by Mi Note Pro

I better to stay for older miui version. Every single one update from 6.1.17 will block bootloader again. But only Chinese update not Europe. We need to waiting for Xiaomi solution. Probably they will unlock every single new one rom. Tapatalk by Mi Note Pro
