[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

You just have to read the ROM's instructions. If it is not dualsystem friendly it is stated in the instructions. There are only two ROMs that I know as to be not dualsystem friendly, and I've stated them already. Other than that, there is nothing to worry about. Google sign-in apps gather your...

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

I've used Mokee and WIUI for a long time. And yes, to enable TDB I wiped both partitions, but I had backups (only important ones like conversations and contacts were enough for me) and I moved important stuff to PC. And after that, I had two separate systems thart were completely independent of...

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

Well actually I had philips headphones and yes I had to use V4A to enhance my music experience. And as I said it drained battery a lot when I used the best option. Mid and low options produced many skips in music. But then I bought sennheiser mx170, and I didn't need v4a. I don't even require...

That actually drains much of my battery life when used in high power. And in lower powers I don't really feel any change. Thus I uninstalled it

That only changes whether an app's icon is visible in status bar when there is a notification. It doesn't change the visibility of an app in notification shade

[rom]-- Smiui Rom -- Ultimate Custom Rom --[multilang,stable/weekly]

Yes, you are right, there is a problem. The thing is, if an app is in the settings/notifications/manage notifications screen, then it should either be in notification shade, or both in notification shade and lockscreen drop down. You can't remove an app from the list (remove from both...

You can try to download the module from xda or repository (repo.xposed) links provided in the opening menu of the module. I think it should be impossible to include advanced reboot (due to new look of the MIUIv6 reboot menu), thus I've installed a free dualbootswitcher app, which can do...

Thank you for your input very much! I really appreciate it. For me main disadvantage, as member "oile" has said is no good rooting procedure. I'm using very much optimisation methods that require root (like Greenify Pro, Link2sd and etc.) to disable/freeze apps (to make battery last longer or to...

Thank you very much. It means more to me than any in-depth review. I've bought my Mi2s in february, I just want to last a year and then buy a new phone. For me battery means a LOT. Only once I forgot my Mi2S open in charge playing a looped youtube playlist (which requires screen to be not...

I also was going to buy one in late winter. Is the transition from mi2s to z3c very odd? or are they somewhat similar? I'm just worried about the on-screen buttons. I'm not sure whether I'll be able to use them

If possible can you tell me how to revert back to that ROM from 10.10.14 without losing my data and apps? I recall I have to format system and clear cache/dalvik cache. But I wish I don't have to format whole phone.

Well it depends on use. I don't use my phone as wallet :D thus in both MoKee and WIUI I don't get more that 12 hrs. But in WIUI I can get 10-11hrs, whereas in MoKee I get 7-8hrs with the same use. And I also love the UI of WIUI.

Wiui 4.8.29?! Wasn't it Wiui v5? You flashed Wiui v6 over Wiui v5? Without formatting system?

with some tweaks and frozen apps, wiui is capable to outrun MoKee. I can assure you ;)

You have to be doing something before reboot. Think again, maybe you install a WSM/Xposed module that is contradicting the WIUI... And by the way, what was your previous system? If it was something other than WIUI, if I'm not mistaken you should format system too. Also, wipe cache, wipe...

can you describe the steps you use for flashing? there has to be something wrong. or maybe you install some apps that are not compatible with miui/wiui?
