I found the files on a russian site as well. Downloadable using Mega: http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=474954&view=findpost&p=26674687 Installed new CWM, rom, gapps. All works well. Including front and rear camera.

Then maybe you did not wipe enough? I did not have PlayStore after flashing the rom. And I think CyanogenMod was summoned by Google to remove gapps from all their roms and since then cm-roms don't contain gapps. Maybe m1cha can answer this one?
