    - Official stable are MIUI.com chinese stable. All MIUI official ROMs will lock your bootloader. - Unofficial stable ROMs are the one made by Xiaomi.eu staff.

    You can use recovery? If yes try to install a dev ROM from xiaomi.eu If no, flash a recovery via fastboot and install the ROM you want. If this won't work use miflash to restore your phone.

    How To Easily Install Twrp Recovery

    Hi, try to "fastboot boot recovery.img" and from there flash a xiaomi.eu ROM. Then try to change twrp if you don't like the one integrated in the ROM. You could try to download a twrp recovery from xiaomi.eu (first post) and flash it vía updater, too.
