No superluminal 7.2.3.0 has been built for different kernel, it's for CM. And It has touch screen issue because it need to rebuild touch firmware/driver each time you boot your recovery. The most reliable recovery for Mi 4c was the one available in this forum, 2.8.7.0 version by cofface.

Ingzbry can't upload so soon the new ROM. This because uploading to chinese servers is really slow.

I don't have latest dev rom, but I guess no and you will need to install SuperSU in TWRP.

Ok, my bad. You were able to flash it, then? Did you allow modifications to system when asked in TWRP welcome screen or you kept read only? Maybe you're right and latest china versions will replace TWRP each time they boot. Strange, because this didn't use to happen before with dev roms.

Remove and reinstall it and set it as default email client then go to Security> Auto-start> Enable Gmail
