I'm in Redmi Note 9PRO (joyeuse) whith 12.04 version. I have the same problem. It's a problem in the Google certification. If you go to the playstore in settings/information you can see that the phone isn't certificate. I get that issue since i unloked my bootloader, before to install Xiaomi.eu
