No, there is no way. Even if you find a way online, its fake! With older Xiaomi devices there was a way, but that times are over. You must wait!

Depends on the needings. If you use your Phone normally it doesnt matter. But its nice to have TWRP: installing Magisk, Roms, Adblocker etc. Its a nice benefit to have on a Phone. But like i said, depends on the needings :)

The Rom exist, but there is now working TWRP till now, same is for the K30. We must wait till a working TWRP exist. :)

Yes, there is no loss of Data, but be careful. Like all the stuff you doing over fastboot ;)

You can download the the Original Fastboot Rom, than copy the boot.img out of it and your phone. Dowloading Magisk Manager and patch the original. Like its described in the Link. After that you flash the Patched Boot.img over Fastboot :)

My K30 5G came today. Now i have to wait for 7 Days to unlock the Bootloader. So Next Tueday i can test than too. But i hope to this point there is a working TWRP! :D
