You will even lose your TWRP, not just all data!!! It will not brick your phone! However, not a big deal! You can just reinstall TWRP in fastboot mode and start afresh! ;):)

Fastboot mode is: 01. Turn off the phone. 02. Press and Hold Power + Vol Down buttons. 03. Let go the Vol Down button immediately after 1st vibration, then let go the Power button immediately. Your phone will boot up showing the Bunny+Fastboot word.
