Mokee uses ivan sources and is way stable than any other rom around, if installed properly that is.

For mokee roms, you have to flash the gapps from mokee extras at settings, you can flash the zip on your own using cwm without wiping data, cache nor dalvik and it would have been working just fine.

Is ART working with this kernel/rom?

I think you need to do a clean install, as I too have all buttons and led colors working.

do not forget to install de adb android drivers for your phone

it doesn't have to appear in your settings UI to make effect: I've applied it and you can see better the effects of the phone widget, the color gets more saturation and the borders a little more edge (not like xReality, which delivers too much sharpness).

The ones existing atm are at the 'beta' stage so to speak, if you're looking for true stability go get 4.3 rom by M1cha, WIUI or any of the official roms for MI2S
