Are you talking about using it with extended settings mod? Like my post above? Hopefully he can resolve this, seems like he is committed to keeping this mod going. Tap'd via SGS + MIUI

I'm no longer getting the options under "Launcher Settings" for turning off labels and disabling the scrolling wallpaper. Also the widget clocks are 24 hour again. I'm on a Fascinate running 1.10.28 Others have reported no problems with ES Mod so I figured this was the place to speak up...

RickS has threads at XDA and RootzWiki in the Fascinate section. He's also posted in this thread, but I'm not sure what versions he's released here. So check those threads for the latest and best releases. Most of us have had the best luck with 1.9.16 and he is keeping that legacy version...
