[GUIDE] How to restore your phone to official ROM and lock your bootloader

I want to sell my phone and install stock ROM but what I can download at xiaomirom.com seems not to be an image. At least in TWRP it is not listed when I switch to image. I tried as a zip, no success. Anyone switched to StockRom here?
