    Hmm, strange, I have both running too and it is working fine on mine. I have set my statusbar colour to black manually so maybe that's why.

    Yes you can download from the "Roms" page http://miuiandroid.com/roms/miui-development-roms/ For future reference the link is at the top in the menu, then on the next page hit roms again. :)

    1.12.16 wont update

    It does update but it just shows the version as 1.12.9 You can check if you go to settings, toggle settings, customize toggles and see if you find Screenshot in the list. I believe that was added this week :)

    It happens because of the limited size of the cache partition on the Galaxy S. There's a mod available that's lets you set a virtual partition, available from XDA.
