I just upgraded from 2.10.12 on HTC One X. Same usual procedure; wipe cache, wipe dalvik cache. However, once updating is done, it will not pass the boot sequence. After rebuilding the cache, the phone will just go bootloop. I've re-downloaded a new copy and checked the MD5. All was good. Try...
