    No problem, but did you try? I flashed the new TWRP img file using the former TWRP, before all this my mi 8 se was stuck so many times on Fastboot. I'm afraid of using Fastboot for installing a new TWRP now.

    You still are mixing up the versions. There is no 150. 0423 (from 2019-04-23) is the next version after 1227 (from 2018-12-27). I updated my TWRP from 1227 to 0423 and it works fine (with xiaomi.eu ROMs 8.12.27 or later)

    You didn't follow the steps of post #11 exactly as you didn't use TWRP 1227, but as you wrote you solved it meanwhile with the more recent TWRP

    Error when applying local cover in music app

    Version: MIUI 8.12.27 (also earlier) Device: Pocophone F1 In music app select "edit song info" for a track without showing a cover, "select local cover", choose a jpg image and confirm with ok. Error message "Couldn't save changes due to an error", cover doesn't get updated.

    The double tap to sleep is an official feature of Poco launcher, it got "ported" to MIUI launcher by xiaomi.eu devs
