Here it is. I was very happy whit new global 22.214.171.124 notifications and when I switched to Xiaomi.eu 126.96.36.199 I was a bit upset about them. If you could make it ot would be great.
Ok, I checked and the issue is still there even if I try to download one video and open it with Google Photos app. Instead, if I open them with My Video or with MIUI Gallery they don't have any kind of stuttering.
Also, even my brother's Redmi Note 4 has the same issue.
