If you are on win8 make sure you disable the driver signature verification.

Unfortunately the tool was outdated (already removed it from first post). If you like to do it yourself, I've put instructions on the second post.

On the Multilang release there's a English (Israel) and English (Palestinian Territories). Both will give you English with RTL all around the rom
