    Security app won't pop up on wi-fi

    Problem has been active for at least a year, I'm using beta releases. App called Smart-ID, it's national identification app and it won't pop up a notification to input my pin while using wi-fi. On LTE notification pops up almost immediately. It doesn't matter what WiFi I'm using. Phone isn't...
