Everything is fixed. Connect phone to pc again and it's recognized as fastboot device. Run the windows_fastboot_update_rom several times until installation is finished. -

Guys, are you feel read/write performance drop on Android 11. Big folders opens 20 seconds(before 3 sec). I measure performance drop 40-60% on redmi k20 pro. All because Android 11 and SAF file protocol. -
