    Gallery Deleting Pictures

    I'm currently on 1.11.11 and whenever I try to upload a picture, the picture is automatically deleted afterwards. Bit annoying. It worked fine when I was on 1.10.21, but when I upgraded to 1.10.28 and to this one I have the problem. Any solutions?
