Fastboot flash recovery "file name".img worked for me See my post page 4 n.89

Ingress All went good, new rom seem fast and smoth. However fastboot boot recovery command don't worked 4 me making a soft brick. Fastboot flash recovery command worked after install last fastboot rom again. Recovery started at First boot decrypting SSD and asking PIN . Thanks

Try to stop play services app, delete all app data e reboot
