    try this. search google installer from MIUI market. look for eric xiang. install it. then look for google play from there. and dont delete the eric xiang google installer. restart the phone and see

    vibrate on touch setting

    first go to battery configuration. look under power apps xiaomi has provided. i think you are using default battery configuration. the way to solve it, make your own battery configuration. add configuration --> tick on vibrate on touch. save it. and use the configuration.
