Updated last week Mix 2 Chiron from previous stable to latest stable. Because the list still said Mix 2 Android 8 I didn't clear data. In the middle of installing with TWRP it stopped and went black. I had to reboot to twrp and cleared cache, dalvik cache system and data and reinstalled...

I just installed this stable version on mix2 and Google assistant is working on my phone! I can say: "OK google, living room light on" and it really works!!!

Thanks to the team for this release. I stayed on weekly 8.4.4_V9 chiron (Mix2) for almost a year without problems. That's why I choose for the stable version now. Wiped cache, dalvik cache and system and installed without troubles. After one day I can say battery time is better. Everything...

Mix2 oreo 8.4.4 Smart gestures enabled instead of buttons. -----Ok Enabled 3 fingers screenshot feature. -----It only works once in 30 times. Without smart gestures working OK.

On mix 2 running well.. Only problem when trying to add sound editing video with miui- gallery app. For audio adding phone asks to download 20mb sound file but that gives error because no network. I'm connected with WiFi from cable provider so there must be other problem!

Went back to previous week Mi mix 2 oreo eu because of yellow pages error even with 2nd version . Had first time phone hangs and in my opinion less responsive The fingerprint unlock was less too I reinstalled older rom and cleaned cach and dalvik cache to be sure and mix 2 running again...

It comes with usb c cable and if that cable isn't conform the specifications I can use the cable from the faulty set that gives burned smell. I'm sure that quick charge is working with that cable. I found a link to working usb cables for xiaomi too in case I need more cables Thanks for answering.

I installed the v2 version for mi mix 2 oreo I'm sure it is the good one because I deleted the old zip and checked time and date of the v2 zip but did get the yellow page stopped error warning now ... Was the v2 not to supposed to fix this??

I order a so-called genuine xiaomi adapter on AliExpress as extra charger for use in our weekend appartment for my Mi mix2. It does work as quick charge but when inserted the touch screen is often not responding. After some time charging it is getting very hot with a burned smell..I don't want...

After 3years mi 3 cancro eu rom now changed for mi mix 2. Worked 3 days on the installed global rom and changed to last eu developers rom on oreo. It was soon clear the battery holds much longer on eu rom. Smooth and fast in use. One thing... I can't find the setting for mirroring the screen...

I have the same on this week's build on Mi 3 with standard miui launcher but non miui widgets. Downloaded widgets from playstore don't work but miui calendar widget works
