Will MI3 ever get an AOSP based ROM? Will Xiaomi release the source code?

I wish to know if MI3 would ever get an AOSP based ROM? Will Xiaomi ever release the source codes? Can we all pledge to them to release the source codes? I cannot deal with MIUI forever. Its good but cant be dealt with for long time. We need change in looks and performance from our phone.
