    The home screen UI can be changed by dowloading various other launchers from market. Nova is just one of many. search for it in the market apps

    Can I revert to stock ROM?

    You can go back however if you go to a earlier Stable release you will need to wipe/reset the data. Basically you can swap between both Dev & stable quite easly when you download it just select it the ROM in the update menu.

    You get the Dev Rom same place where you download the stable rom as per your link above. Dev rom as far as i can see are only for Mi3 W / TD China builds

    The displays turns off too quickly

    Yep i had this when I changed to some different themes... when put back to default theme the screen timeput goes back to normal. Hope that helps
