    It is the all MIUIs ROM problem. If you need working bluetooth headset use nonMIUI-based ROM.

    Its true. I use all ROMs without Gapps too. Sometimes I use alternative market like blackmart.apk

    I keep in my mind this: Copy this file to the internal SDcard (not to the folder but to the root). Rename this file to "update.zip" Reboot to the stock recovery. And install update. That's it.

    Is you trying install new CWM from odl CWM or from system update mode?
