    What frequency is in your place? The provider can supports 800, 1800, 2100 MHz but not everywhere. Somewhere supports only one of them. Did you test 4G in more places (not only in your home)?

    This smartphone supports LTE (4G) just in 1800, 1900, 2100 MHz and probably your provider uses lower frequency (850 or 900). Ask your provider.
