    I have the same the same problem since about one month. I tried everything but nothing changed. My alarm system (14 window/door sensors + 5 motion sensors + webcam) is now quite useless. :(

    Network location provider doesn't work on this rom. Apps like Ingress that require continues location are unable to obtain fix when indoors.
