These unofficial stupid methods start to annoy me. Why the heck aren't they fixing it on the next update? I don't think the metal frame has anything to do with it cause when i put the phone on test mode in order to check sensors, gps etc, it locks on gps satellites pretty fast...

Persistent problem with GPS...it is not working either with STABLE or with DEVELOPER...Sometimes when i am lucky enough, it gets a fix (using google maps) but 95% of the times i am getting bored to wait for the damn thing to work. Have reported it multiple times... probably on deaf ears. Mi4...

Not working. Here is my conf file. Not solving this is a total disgrace for Xiaomi. It is a persistent problem, and they haven't said a word about it. Not only the gps isn't working but also agps isn't getting a fix.

A lot of trouble has been caused after the revelation of the Stagefright bug which has been recently fixed by Google. Is MIUI going to implement that fix any time soon or will it stall and leave us unprotected?
